THE SIBERIAN LYNX

The Siberian Lynx is a solitary cat that lives in Central Asia.

They have beautiful, thick fur that keeps them warm during the frigid winters.

They are carnivores, which means they eat only meat.

Their eyesight is so strong that a lynx can spot a mouse 250 feet away.

Exotic cats do not make good pets.

The name Lynx comes from the Greek word "to shine" and may be in references to the reflective ability in the cat’s eyes.

The lynx is known by the tuft of black hair on the tips of its ears and its short, or "bobbed," tail.
