Chimps Inc. currently accepts Visa and MasterCard through the website. We, do, however accept American Express over the phone. If you would like to make a phone purchase using your American Express please call 541-385-3372. If you receive our voicemail, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible to place our order
All shipping is standard, via the U.S. Postal Service. Please note the website calculates domestic shipping only, please contact Chimps Inc. for international orders or for other special shipping arrangements. Email us at chimpsinc@yahoo.com or call us at 541-385-3372.
Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item with 14 days of the delivery date, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging for complete refund. Note – the refund excludes shipping charges. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. DVD's will not be refunded, only exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase date.
Customs, duties, taxes, postage, and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
Return Instructions:
Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. Enclose a note in the return package stating the reason for the return. If you are exchanging an item for a different size, please indicate the size in your note.
Make sure to send your package in a way that it can be tracked. UPS or return receipt by the US Postal Service is recommended.. We are not responsible if there is no proof that the product was delivered to us. Send your product to:

Sales become final 14 days after the order is delivered to recipient, therefore please allow transit time when returning items
